Refund & Return Policy

1. Donations

SABAL BHARAT FOUNDATION receives all donations as voluntary contributions. As a general rule, donations are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions (Technical Errors)

In the event of a technical error during the donation process (e.g., duplicate charging), the donor may request a refund. To initiate this, please provide valid proof of the transaction within 7 days of the occurrence.

3. Refund Processing

Once a valid refund request is received and approved, it will be processed and the money will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-15 working days.

4. Event/Registration Fees

Fees paid for physical events or specific training programs may be partially refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to administrative charges.
